Actors Head to Go Go Club
Actors Willem Dafoe, Bob Hoskins and Matthew Modine will star in writer-director Abel Ferrara's screwball comedy Go Go Tales. Dafoe will play the owner of a NYC go-go dancing club. Modine will play his brother who threatens to pull his financial backing for the club. Meanwhile, the owner and his accountant (Hoskins) have a long night as the strippers threaten to go on strike. Asia Argento will take a supporting role as one of the dancers. The film has had a long road to production, as Ferrara (Bad Lieutenant) was originally scheduled to begin principal photography back in January 2005.
